We’re excited to announce that building work has begun for our new Norwich Cancer Support & Information Centre on Dereham Road.

On Wednesday 14th July, the Lord Mayor of Norwich Dr Kevin Maguire attended a ceremony to mark the beginning of building work along with the Sheriff of Norwich Caroline Jarrold and representatives from the charity: David Moar, co-founder of Big C, Dr Chris Bushby, chief executive of Big C and Dr Melanie Pascale, Director of Charitable Operations at Big C.

Charity’s vision comes to life as new Norwich centre works begin

The build is set to take around 6 months with the new Cancer Support & Information Centre set to open in early 2022.

We have already raised an incredible £590K towards the build but there’s still a long way to go to our completion target of £750,000. We need your help to finish the build, furnish the Centre and add the finishing touches. Help us raise another £160K for community-based support for those touched by cancer.
